Arkansas Guard seeks small-business input on dining services

The Arkansas Army National Guard published Sources Sought notice W912JF27 on October 28, 2026, seeking qualified small-business input on potential dining-facility services at the Regional Training Institute, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The response package must show active SAM registration, CAGE code, UEI and SBA small-business size status, plus a brief capabilities statement of no more than five pages. SAM classifies the notice under NAICS 722310, Food Service Contractors, and lists a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

For opportunity qualification and capture, the operating model matters. The reference performance work statement covers meal planning, cooking, serving, cleaning and field-meal support.
