Original company post

DHS seeks 8(a) input on innovation portal support.

Active 8(a)-certified businesses with web portal development and maintenance experience: DHS S&T’s October 23 RFI covers operations, maintenance and enhancements for its Outreach and Industry Partnerships portal, which supports programs including SBIR, SVIP, BAA/LRBAA and prize competitions.

Responses are due November 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST, with a 10-page maximum. The RFI poses 11 capability questions and asks firms to identify prime or subcontractor interest; prospective subcontractors should identify joint-venture or teaming arrangements.

For capture planning, review the capability questions and response instructions against your experience and potential team. This is market research, not a solicitation or contract award. The draft SOW is available from DHS on request; this summary is based on the public RFI.
