CDG news update

HHS’s Program Support Center published an Enterprise Inventory Management Sources Sought notice on October 28, 2026. The attached draft statement of objectives describes commercial inventory technology plus implementation, systems integration, data migration, training and ongoing support.

The draft prefers SaaS/PaaS and mature commercial capabilities. It calls for separating recurring software subscriptions from implementation and migration services—a useful early capture question for platform providers and integration partners.

CDG’s capture takeaway is to map the team’s delivery experience to the full operating outcome, including warehouse workflows, financial-system integration, user adoption and transition. Qualify the pursuit before committing proposal resources.

Important source caveat: SAM lists a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541512, while the attached master draft refers to full and open competition. Confirm the intended competition and response instructions with the contracting contact. Draft performance targets and acquisition details remain subject to finalization.

SAM lists responses due November 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST. This is Sources Sought market research, not a released solicitation or contract award. The notice ID is listed as “SaaS.”
