Federal missions need secure delivery and data they can trust.

USCIS’s Security Operation Analytics Rigor (SOAR) forecast brings those priorities together: DevSecOps, data processing and analytics supporting applications used for fraud detection, national security and public safety.

The current DHS forecast identifies: • Estimated solicitation release: November 18, 2026 • Anticipated award: Q2 FY2027 • Contract vehicle: GSA Schedule

The takeaway: security belongs inside the delivery process, alongside the data and operational practices that make mission systems dependable. For industry teams, this is the time to evaluate mission fit, delivery readiness and complementary expertise, before a solicitation is issued.

This is an acquisition forecast, not an issued solicitation. Dates and acquisition details may change.
