This policy applies to both the DSA and DSO candidate placement offers purchased fromCyber Defense Group. Any refund right required by applicable law remains available.
Qualification Guarantee
If the hiring or sponsoring organization or applicable government authority determines that you do not pass a required background investigation, security-clearance process, or other position qualification for your purchased DSA or DSO opportunity, we will refund the full program charge you paid, less only the actual payment-processing or financing fees that the payment provider does not return to us. We do not retain a separate Cyber Defense Group processing, administrative, or recruiter fee from a qualification-guarantee refund.
Payment-Provider Fees
Stripe and financing providers such as Klarna or Afterpay may charge transaction, financing, currency-conversion, dispute, or other processing fees. The amount varies by payment method and transaction. We deduct only the fee actually charged for your purchase that is not returned to us when the refund is processed. We will provide the refund calculation upon request.
When the Guarantee Applies
The qualification guarantee applies when the hiring or sponsoring organization or applicable government authority determines that you did not pass the required background investigation, security-clearance process, or another required position qualification. It is not limited by the general 30-day request period below.
Voluntarily withdrawing, failing to complete required steps, or declining the opportunity is not the same as an external determination that you failed a required qualification.
Other Refund Requests
Refund requests for reasons other than an external qualification determination must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Eligibility is reviewed under the circumstances and applicable law. Any approved refund may be reduced only by actual non-returned payment-provider fees disclosed in this policy.
Who Makes the Decision
Cyber Defense Group does not decide whether you pass a background investigation or receive a security clearance. Those decisions are made by the hiring or sponsoring organization and applicable government authorities. This policy does not name or require the disclosure of any particular hiring, sponsoring, or affiliated organization.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request through our Contact page. Include your name, the email used at Stripe checkout, purchase date, receipt or order number, and any notice or documentation of the external qualification decision available to you. We may also begin the refund after receiving verified notice directly from the hiring or sponsoring organization.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when practical. Bank and payment provider processing times vary and are outside Cyber Defense Group's control. Klarna or Afterpay purchases may also be subject to the provider's processing procedures.
Agreement before Purchase
The checkout page links to this policy and requires affirmative agreement to both this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use before secure Stripe checkout begins.
